Well, I've looked this composition over yet another time and am still not certain I could say anything constructive, or consoling. I can note that in a law enforcement career that spanned nearly thirty years, these types of situations generate many calls to authorities of all types and the amounts of tax dollars expended by police, social services and beyond is almost incalculable. Sadly, this family tree is but one in a very large woodlot of same or similar stories. Very sad indeed! Gman April 9, 2012 …..
